I have an account with MSN and an account with Earthlink. I can't gt mail on Outlook because the Earthlink account needs verification and this process requires me to access my Outlook account and it won't open. I can't get any email today nor can I verify the Earthlink account. What do I do?

I'm not sure who is asking for verification.

Is this a problem setting up a Firefox Account? When setting up a Firefox Account, you need to verify each email address you add (primary address and any secondary addresses). But you should be able to sign in to your email accounts normally even if your Firefox Account isn't fully set up yet.

Or is this a problem with Thunderbird, the stand-alone email program from Mozilla? In that case, a moderator can move your thread over to the Thunderbird forum.

Or is this a problem pulling your Earthlink email into your Outlook mail on https://outlook.live.com/ -- Outlook or Earthlink needs you to verify that? I think you would need to sort that out with Microsoft and Earthlink.
