Like the subject says, every time I launch FF again, it's SO WHITE. The "System Theme: Auto" doesn't stick. Revers to ever so WHITE.

Rather than the 'system' theme, have you tried the 'dark' theme? You may have to change preferences. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1359881#answer-1465837
