I use Firefox Home as my homepage. But I have this problem: when I start typing in central search bar it automatically switches to upper address bar. How to get rid of this?

You can turn it off by going to about:config and switching browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar to false.
