Can't update password for Synch

I received a FireFox update today and lost all of my bookmarks. I tried to sign into Firefox Sync using my work email and I couldn't remember my password. I tried to reset it and when I get to the screen to enter the new password, I get a warning that says Undeliverable Email. I've tried multiple times to reset it and no luck. Any ideas on how this can be resolved?
