im trying to log back into my firefox account but i cant remember the account password. i clicked the forgot password link. and i enter the e-mail i use and click submit. but it keeps saying my e-mail was returned. i checked my yahoo account and loged in just fine. ps i had just upgraded to windows 10 pro 64bit

I understand that the email to sign in was bounced back. I have seen two other yahoo email users with this issue. In order to further investigate can you please verify the following information:

1. Create a backup of the current profile http://mzl.la/1xKrFsk 2. Wait a day before you request a new reset password link 3. Please make sure that this email address has not been blacklisted: accounts@firefox.com with these instructions: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN16025.html
