Since Firefox updated to ver 29 I can't access my GMX File Storage in my email client - all okay in ie but I want to keep using Firefox.

I use GMX as my email server. Since Firefox updated to ver 29, I can access my emails but when I try to access my GMX File Storage it says loading GMX File Storage, but just sits there trying !!! I can access it via Internet Explorer but I have used Firefox for years and don't really want to go back to IE. Can anyone help please - I have cleared out my history. Thanks

Thanks for your help, but I have done both of these to no avail. It wont open GMX Storage in safe mode and I have updated all of the plugin's. It was working fine in the previous version of Firefox, so it must be something to do with ver 29 ????

This is a known compatibility issue of the site and Firefox. For the meantime, you can instead install Firefox ESR to continue using the storage service.
