I cannot input a country from a web site list popup
When asked for an address on a web site a list of countries is given. I am unable to select the appropriate country. This happens on any site.

Where does it break down -- clicking the control doesn't display the list, clicking the specific country doesn't actually select the country, etc. It might be helpful to link to a specific page and describe which item has the problem.
Could you test the form in Firefox's Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to bypass interference by extensions (and some custom settings). More info: Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox.
You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using
Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
In the dialog, click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset)
Any difference?
