I don't know how to find the answers to my previous questions of 3 weeks ago.Still cannot get Comcast email on Firefox 13.01
I asked 3 weeks ago for aid in getting Comcast email to open in Firefox. I now have Firefox 13.01. I also don't know how to access "Connect Light". I cannot access the replies given earlier. Can you help?

- Sign-in to the forum with your user name and password
- Forum main page: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions
- The "Sign-in' link is in the upper right
- After clicking sign-in you will be taken to another page for your user name and password; if your user name and password are entered correctly, you will be returned to the list of questions
- On the list of questions, just above the first question, is a line with "Sort" and "Show" options; "My Contributions" is in the "Show" group.
- To exit the "My Contributions" choice, choose one of the other "Show" options. The option descriptions are self-explanatory.
The "My Contributions" option will only be available after to sign-in to the forum. "My Contributions" will show:
- questions that you have posted AND
- questions posted by othersusers to which you have posted a reply
