jbr has explained it is nothing to do with Firefox or Mozilla but the site you are visiting whereby you have somehow logged in a way that requires it.
All Firefox does is connect you to the site, the login routine is between you and the site.
Can you edit your accounts once you have logged into them, ...
By the way this site is for users, this is not a site for developing Firefox

Whether that changes anything regarding your login flows with the site operators mentioned above, that's a question for their support channels. (A reasonable site would comply. I wouldn't necessarily put these two corporations into that category though.)
