If you are already subscribed for the standalone VPN, you should just skip the browser VPN. And yes, Firefox has end to end encryption. It is always enabled.
Small correction: Firefox itself does not make every website end-to-end encrypted. If the site uses HTTPS, the connection is encrypted between Firefox and that website; the website can still see what you send to it. Mozilla VPN encrypts traffic between your device and Mozilla’s VPN server, so it is useful mainly on untrusted networks or to hide traffic from the local network/ISP. If you already subscribe to the standalone Mozilla VPN, you normally do not need a separate browser VPN for the same purpose. Firefox Sync is a different case: synced data such as passwords/bookmarks is designed with end-to-end encryption tied to your Mozilla account password.
