Hi bjgwebb,
Netflix says that they support Firefox version 40 or later.
What is the error code that you are getting ?
Hi Robertj, Thank you. The error code is F7121-3078. I have refreshed Firefox and allowed DRM. This worked last time but not now. Netflix says they do not support linux because of all the customisations. Any help would be gratefully received

Try starting Firefox in it's Safe Mode You've already Refreshed so, don't select Refresh on the dialog window.
See if you can stream from Netflix while in Safe Mode.
Hi everyone, I'm having the same problem. I tried in safe mode but the error is still there. Any news about this issue?
(BTW I know some people solved by installing Chrome. I do not wish that. Better no netflix at all.)

IF I WANTED TO USE CHROME TO WATCH NETFLIX THEN I'D BE USING CHROME TO WATCH NETFLIX!!! I love the way everything is set up on my Firefox account and wish for either Netflix or Firefox to pull their heads out of their perspective parts and fix the issue PLEASE!!! Just curious, but is Google TRYING to force the world into their content so they can determine for me what they think is best??? Hmm....People who try playing God eventually find themselves holding hands with the Devil. (I'm sure someone smarter than me has said that quote before, but if no one has claimed it..) To all :
Don't blame Firefox, but blame Netflix - cause what they say here is a lot of "you-know-what".
To those who are thinking about switching to Chrome - see :
So what's the answer then??? Is Firefox just in holding until Netflix fixes their issue?

What do you expect Firefox to do ?
The people who answer questions here are, for the main part, volunteers, users just like you, who are trying to help other users in their spare time.
Maybe you'd like to contact Netflix by filling in a form :

You could also call them or start a live chat :
If you'd like to give feedback to Mozilla, you can use this link :
Hey guys, If you are facing the same issue, check out below the guide why this browser related netflix issue is occurring and what is a possible solution. (I am sharing here because it also contains a solution to other netflix errors also. In case, you face any other netflix error in the future, you can get rid of it easily by trying tweaks given in the below guide.)
Wot Tricky_boy
Hit application icon lower right on desktop - search for VLC player -install it - BADDAH BING!!!!! .....worked for me.
Hi, I had the same issue and found a solution on the Manjaro Forum that worked for me. You just have to change the settings from "never remember history" to "always remeber history". I have no idea why but it helped me. Here's the link to the post in the forum: https://forum.manjaro.org/t/solved-firefox-netflix-playback-error-code-f7701-1003/55065

They are all chrome user answers. Please! This is the Mozilla Firefox forum, we generally don't like google all that much. Be honest, talking to google for support is like asking a duck what time it is.
I'm getting Error code F7702-1003 and nothing thus far has solved it for me. I have had this problem for about a year now. This year I've been using a portable chrome instance just for netflix alone. Pretty darn silly.
