Since Firefox 61 up to current version Netflix will not stream.
Firefox issued another update today, to 62.0, but this additional new update still did not fix Netflix bug: Error Code: F7121-1331-P7 Is anyone in this forum able to escalate the bug report to address this problem with Netflix?

@ Tyler Downer :
The bug report that the OP is referring to, came up in his earlier thread :
The latest FF update(62.0.2) is now the third since this problem appeared and it still did not fix the bug.
Which error message are you seeing? There are too many replies with different error messages.
And no, 62.0.2 didn't have any netflix fixes, so it wouldn't be expected to fix it.
Are you running Firefox in Private browsing mode, or set to never remember history?
All your questions have been answered in the two thread histories, but for your convenience I will provide answers again here:
- There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page. Error Code: F7121-1331-P7
- I do not run Firefox in private mode.
- Firefox is set to remember history.
Thank you for trying to help.
Have you tried to set your user agent to Chrome?
How do I do that since I do not use the Google browser?
Firefox updated today to version 62.0.3. I believe this is the fifth update since Netflix stopped working, and still I get the same message- Error Code: F7121-1331-P7 Netflix continues to stream successfully on Internet Explorer and MS Edge, but not Firefox.
Firefox updated today to version 63.0. I believe this is the sixth update since Netflix stopped streaming. Now the error code has changed to F7121-1331. Netflix continues to stream on Edge and Internet Explorer, but not Firefox.
Two more Firefox updates to 63.0.3 and still Netflix will not stream. New error code continues to be Error Code: F7121-1331 "This title not available. Try another title." Netflix continues to say they are working with Mozilla to fix the issue.
On repeated calls to Netflix I am told; one, they are working with Mozilla on the problem, and two, to switch to a better browser. I am surprised that the Mozilla community is so unconcerned about this major problem that in four months no help has been offered on this issue. The very credibility of the Firefox browser is at state. I cannot even get a clear answer to whether a bug report was ever filed in the last four months.
Firefox upgraded to version 64 today but Netflix will still not stream(Error Code: F7121-1331). Netflix has not streamed since FF version 60. Although I still keep FF updated, I no longer use it on a regular basis. Sad end to a proud browser.
Can you try creating an entirely Fresh profile, and see if you can get netflix working with Firefox 64?
Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles
Just for sake of asking, are you using anything weird like disabling Firefox system add-ons, user.js, something like pi-hole, custom DNS, etc?
As you can see from the lengthy history of this thread, I have refreshed at least twice before without effect. I have also tried disabling my one extension and three plug-ins without solving the problem. I believe this bug must be addressed by Mozilla and/or Netflix.
I mean a completely fresh profile, not a refresh. As well as my other questions.
According to Firefox help " The refresh feature works by creating a new profile folder " I don't know anything about those other things you mentioned.
a refresh is not an entirely clean profile, which is why I asked you to test in an entirely fresh profile

Look. I have created a new profile twice. I am not going to chase my tail because you want me to. I have much better things to do.
"All of your Firefox settings and personal information are stored in a profile folder. The refresh feature works by creating a new profile folder for you while saving your important data. Add-ons which are normally stored inside the Firefox profile folder, such as extensions and themes, will be removed. Add-ons stored in other locations will not be removed but any modified preferences will be reset. " "Important: Since Firefox will revert to its original state, your own configurations and customizations, including extensions, extension data, and about:config preference configurations are removed. If you've made accessibility configurations, you may need to change them back after refreshing."
What Firefox version are you currently using and what Widevine version do you have (about:addons -> Plugins)?
Firefox 64 comes with a Widevine 4.10.1196.0 version. You can check whether Firefox has installed this version.
Make sure you do not run Firefox in Private Browsing mode as that disables local storage.
Good to hear from you cor-el. I am presently on Firefox 64.0(32-bit). Widevine Content Decryption Module 4.10.1196.0 is installed, as is OpenH264 Video Codec version 1.7.1 and Shockwave Flash 32.0 r0 version 32.0.0.101. I also have one extension installed Zoom Page WE. I have tried disabling all four plug-ins and extensions without improvement.
I sure hope you can help me.

Do you have Firefox set to never remember history? Did you ever try the entirely fresh profile? It's different from a refresh so I'd like you to try it.
