In add-ons manager-plugins page clicking check to see if your plugins are up to date all I get is the waiting time bars going in a circle, NO response.

Try these in turn;

  • 1 restart the computer, then start Firefox.
  • 2 Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
    (Mac=Options)     key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?
