Hello. I looked through the questions but did not seem to find one like this. Apologies if it has been covered already and please point me in that direction. About a couple of months ago a friend said "thanks for your email - all 7 of them" I assured her I'd only sent it once and that maybe she had a problem. This is on stationery that I have created with a photo in the corner and have been using for a year or more and they have not had problems with it in the past. It is not actually 7 separate emails but one with the message repeated 7 times. When I've sent to a group of people in which she is included I've checked and she is the only one getting it like that. Now last night hubby sent off a message to a friend and the friend hit reply and lo and behold it came back with his new message to us (1 only) but I saw that he too had received the 7 copies. The thing they have in common - Hotmail addresses. So for now I am using blank stationery to those people but it would be nice to know what is causing this. Thank you for any insight into this problem.
