I tried clearing caches/cookies, refreshing Firefox to default settings, opening in safe mode. None of these worked. The site opens on Chrome, but not on Firefox.

Can you please mention the web address?

Also, do you see any indication that Firefox is taking forever to load the page (circle turning on the tab, messages overlaid at the bottom about reading/locating/connecting)? Or does Firefox just stop at a blank tab?

If you force Firefox to "repaint" the page by zooming in and out, Ctrl+ followed by Ctrl- will do that, does anything appear?

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History > Show All History" or "View > Sidebar > History") or via the about:permissions page.

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of the involved files.

It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

No, there's no indication of any loading at all, and nothing happens when I zoom in and out :(

Tried it, but didn't work unfortunately :(

You can check the Net log and the Network log in the Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer) to see if content fails to load or possibly is blocked (file size is zero).

Use Ctrl+F5 to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.
