I'm firefox loyal user plz help. After upgrade to new version of firefox i.e. 29.0.1 my FACEBOOK videos are not working. just black screen appear and box show loading icon but nothing happen.. i wait for a long time for a small video but it is not work.. Youtube video run perfectly, i have uptodate version of flash player.. hope you should do this fast.. thanks

If you use extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) that can block content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
