keyboard does not type correct charcters

I am typing this on Word because when I type in Firefox (it only appears to be in Firefox) random characters are displayed instead of the character typed. For example if I type "qwerty" I get the following characters "asdfgh" if I try to repeat " qwerty" then I get "#zxcvb". I have tried to run in safe mode and also tried to reset Firefox,I have have also tried a different keyboard but nothing seems to work!

This issue can be caused by the Anti-Keylogger in ZoneAlarm, so you can disable this feature until ZoneAlarm has released an update.
