comcast/xfinity tv/movies crash when I'm watching online & I have to refresh over and over again

While I'm watching a tv show or movie online the video stops and I have to select comcast/xfinity's refresh button. This happens over and over again. I'm using an iMAC, OS 10.6.8

Please check if all your plugins are up-to-date. To do this, go to the Mozilla Plugin Check site.
