MP3 files on playing start playing in some black Player without permission.Ideally there should be option to ask user whether he wants to save mp3 files.
A simple click on mp3 file link start playing directly but on the same desktop version of that site it starts downloading.Fix this issue and give user control whether he wants files to be played directly or download

You can actually customize that option by going to firefox>options>applications and searching for mp3 to choose the default action when firefox comes across a program like that.

try settings>plugins>tap to play
it is already set to tap to play by default.This pecular problem is only with mp3 files website where mp3 files directly start playing without downloading. This is some totally different issue. attached screenshot of how mp3 files are now directly redirected to play in some player without permission.
