I am trying to dowload Kindle content for reading offline, but I keep getting a message saying there is no room. I have made sure I've allowed it, even told firefox that kindle reader was allowed to store more bites. nothing's working is this a firefox problem? nothing in Kindle support indicates it might be their issue

Try to contact Kindle's Tech support, this doesn't sound like a Firefox problem.

thanks. I can actually get more downloaded by closing firefox and then reopening it. it's set on extreme privacy, so I have to re- allow every time I open it, but it does download a few more books before I have to do it all again.
