Please go to www.calcalist.co.il click anywhere on the screen. You get an annoying pop-under window. Close the popped under window. If you click again - the pop-under does not show. Refresh the page, and click anywhere on the page (again) The popup shows (again)

If I right-click on the screen, this pop-under IS blocked by the popup blocker.

How do I block this thing, so it would not show at all ?

Try using no-script http://noscript.net/ it may take a while to customise, but it does stop any popups on the site you mention
