I have an Archos 5 Internet Tablet with Android 1.6 and I'd like to download Firefox but I can't from Google Play.

Firefox for mobile requires Android 2.1 or higher, ARMv7 Processor and 512Mb of RAM. Unfortunately your tablet doesn't meet any of those requirements except the processor.
