Atlassian JIRA no longer refreshes pages on Windows, but on Mac (FF 10.x)

Starting with FF 10 I have run into problems with Atlassian JIRA (tested with version 4.4.5 and 5.0 of JIRA) and are working on this together with Atlassian support. Sadly this seems to boil down to a cross-platform issue in FF.

In JIRA some pages are refreshed when adding a new issue or when adding a new attachment. Adding screenshot/attachment is made in a popup window that closes and then is supposed to refresh the original window. This does not work in FF on Windows, but in FF on Mac. With FF 9.x it works on both platforms.

Tested with FF 10.0.2 on Windows 7 SP1/64-bit (Java 1.6u31) and Mac OS Lion.
