I can't roll down using my mouse. I can do it if I use Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, but not when I use fox.

It's annoying that I can't use my mouse to roll down on a page. I have to use that long thing to the right. If I can't figure this, I'll definietely get back to Internet Explorer! So I hope someone can help me with this..
