The latest automatic update was accompanied by "You should update Adobe Flash Player right now". Having done this a few days ago a new Firefox update arrived with the same "request". Why and what do I need to do to stop this?

Shockwave Flash 10.1 r82 is not the latest version of Flash. r152 is the latest.
