Trying to download and everytime it says the file is corrput and won't install

I just bought a new computer today and everytime i try to download firefox it goes for a while and then asks to install it, when i go to install it says file is corrupt and won't install??? I don't understand this keeps happening all day.

Make sure that you do not run the Firefox installer directly, but save the file to the Desktop instead and start the installation via a double-click or via the right-click context menu "Run as Administrator". If the file is still corrupted then temporarily disable your anti-virus software during the download and installation.
