Wont swich tabs, or only partially loads other tab is there a solution?

I have been having issues loading some windows completely. This issues seems to be the worst when I am on Youtube or Google, but it is doing it consistently. For example say I have 2 tabs open; one is Youtube and one is Facebook. If I try to go to youtube from face book, if i'm lucky I will get the video on the screen with a Facebook background. But I sometimes dont get anything and it just sits there.
