Firefox does not open more than one window, only opens new tabs. Firefox doesn't open in safe mode.

Firefox does not open more than one window at a time, then opens only new tabs. When asked to open link in a new window - nothing happens, no page or error message appears. Otherwise it works fine, but no new firefox window could be opened from menu or mouse. I tried to reinstall firefox several times, that didn't help.

Firefox does not open more than one window at a time, then opens only new tabs. When asked to open link in a new window - nothing happens, no page or error message appears.
