Hello,

I have a subscription to Mozilla VPN that I no longer use. I signed up with a proton mail address to which I no longer have access (no recovery information). I would like to cancel my subscription.

I have my bank statements showing that i pay 9.99 to Mozilla every month.

What can I do?

Mozilla VPN is one of Mozilla's premium products. In order to get premium support from a dedicated agent, please submit your question with your Mozilla VPN app by going to Settings > Help > Contact Support. Alternatively, you can sign in to the Mozilla account connected to your subscription here (if not already) and then use this link.

The Mozilla VPN form link can also be found at top at Ask a Question > Mozilla VPN. You need to be signed in the Mozilla Account that has the Mozilla VPN subscription to use the form.

Hi James,

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I can't log into my account because I no longer have access to the email address I used to create it!...

I'm being charged 9.99 each month for a service I no longer use. I can't cancel my subscription because all the cancellation options require me to log into an account I can no longer access!!

I do have my bank statements as proof of payment. Is there any way to contact "premium support" without logging in?
