it may help to post error messages and a screenshot of your incoming server settings pane. thank you.
It does not post error messages - it just won't connect and keeps asking for my password. I have changed the password several times thinking tht would help. Thank you for your help.
Can you access email online? Please post a screenshot of the incoming server settings pane. Is this a new setup?
