I am trying to change the incoming port to 995 and server name in POP3. However every time I change the port and name and settings to 'ssl/tls' the page freezes and insists I refresh and it reverts back to the original setting. How do I unblock this page?

I'd suggest you create a new account for the new server name and settings. Once working you can copy over your existing mail to the new account.
