I do not understand this data breach notification. It says I have a data breach, lists several things compromised, including email address, partial credit card, etc. But I have no idea how or with what login, if any, the breach occurred. How does the advice to choose better passwords go toward "resolving" the breach? It's more frustrating than helpful.

Hi

This is not a scam and comes from the Firefox Monitor service. This support article should help:

I understand how it works. The system takes me to a window having something to do with "Eye4Fraud," citing several categories of data that are flagged as "compromised." My question is, what is "Eye4Fraud"? I've never heard of it, have no idea how to investigate what it is or anything within it. I find nothing in FAQs that informs me of what it is, what to do about it.

PS: For example, how can I "...change a password..." when I have no idea WHAT password is affected, since I have no idea what "Eye4Fraud" is?
