Hi Suddenly in the last few days images and videos are failing to load on my AOL.CO.UK homepage, they are now just blank?? I have altered nothing, I use Windows10, and ad blockers and MWBytes none of which I have altered in any way? Is this a Firefox or AOL issue? Cheers Mick

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I did a reset and uninstall/reinstall of Firefox - the problem persists unfortunately although the video now plays in the black screen? No images at all? Firefox also updated to the latest version. Mick
