How to import csv/xml password file to firefox?

So iam trying to export all my passwords from opera to firefox i found no way but to export it to csv file and xml file so i wonder how can i import any of those two files to firefox ?

It does not, Firefox passwords are in a compressed java file .json

Not possible : http://help.opera.com/Windows/12.10/en/importexport.html
