I can't get rid of cookies in Firefox 60.0.1 (for Mac). The cookies menu comes up, but there is nothing on the bottom of the menu page to save or update my choices. I highlight cookies to delete, use the delete button, and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Are you using the window that opens if you click the Manage Data button on the Options/Preferences page?

This window should have a "Remove Selected" and a "Save Changes" button positioned below the cookie list area. If you do not see the remove buttons then try to zoom out the page. Note that Shift+Delete doesn't works in this window, only clicking the button works.

Note that there is also the "View Cookies" button in the "Tools -> Page Info -> Security" window.
