I can't seem to watch some utube videos on mozilla

Since you've done this new update for some reason I can't view utube videos. I have the html5 which someone suggested to add and this is what it reads; your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats??? How is that?? The other thing is that since you have updated firefox, my toolbar where my bookmarks are in is now like it is in a fog like state. It all still works thankfully although it is not visibly clear as the rest of the menu bars above it are.

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.2 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
