How to keep the recipient in the Cc or To list even though his or her mail box has hit the maximum size?

When one of the recipients in my mail has full inbox, I have remove the address from the mail list only can send out the mail. However, I need to keep the person in the loop for further corresponding.

I'd say it's the responsibility of the recipient to clean up his or her Inbox. There is nothing you can do about that. You could call of course.

Hi christ1, Thanks for the swift respond. Can this be one of the features or options in the future release? It would be troublesome to call because some of the recipients, who I do not know, are added by my business counter parts. And also, many of my recipients are working in their customers' factories that cell phones are not allowed.

I don't think so, because the problem has got nothing to do with Thunderbird at all.
