Right click the folder and select Properties. Then Repair Folder.
In the email list, When I right click, it does not say Properties. There is also no folder.
You should have a Folder Pane on the left side with all your folders listed.
If not, press the alt key to make the Menu Bar appear if not already showing. From the Menu Bar select View-Layout-Folder Pane to turn it on.
