Although I have the same versions of Firefox on 2 laptops, I get incomplete syncs. Any suggestions to remedy this?

The primary problems are with customized dashboard and the bookmarks. Primarily the bookmarks. I have a highly customized bookmarks toolbar that is just not getting replicated. I want to switch primarily to the new laptop (Windows 8.1) from the older one (Windows 7), but the disparity between Firefox displays is slowing the transfer.

Open your bookmarks on the Win8.1 laptop and see if you have a 2nd Bookmarks Toolbar folder listed. If so, does it show all the bookmarks that are on the Bookmarks Toolbar in the older Win7 installation?

Under Bookmarks menu I have 2 blank Bookmarks Toolbars.
