Cannot log in to Spectrum or Spectrum Email without having to do a couple of attempts.
Since the Firefox update to 152.0 64bit I have noticed that it takes two attempts to log into Spectrum email. The first time I try I get a IDID-4000 error (see below image) after entering my sign on and password. I then have to retry by selecting the bookmark again and then after entering my sign on and password a second time I can get in. This does not happen in Edge browser. I have tried deleting my sign on and password in my saved passwords in Firefox and then manually reenter my sign on and password at the prompt for Spectrum and then saving it again but it keeps happening. I have also tried turning off enhanced tracking, clearing cookies and site data, refreshing Firefox and stopping my Norton 360 and it still happens. There must be a bug in the new Firefox update 152.0 that is effecting the ability to sign into Spectrum as this was not happening before. I am wondering if anyone else is seeing this problem and is there a solution to fix this. Should I file a Bug Report about this? We should not have to jump through hoops or do some work arounds to try and get things to work like before as I have read with other questions having problems with 152.0 update. This update needs to be fixed.

Update: After filing a report about a broken website in Firefox and giving them a full overview of what I was seeing and what Spectrum said, the problem of not being able to log in to Spectrum email went away about an hour afterwards. I believe this has been fixed.

This sounds like some form of bot protection in case you don't enter via their home page but directly through a bookmark. Could you try disabling your Norton 360 for a bit, or turning off its "Safe Web" feature to see any difference?
Thank you for your reply and suggestion. I have done both and nothing helps. I feel there is a bug in the new update as this did not happen before and it works on Edge. BTW the same thing happens on Spectrum's main page from the internet and not using a bookmark.

This has been observed before, and Spectrum doesn't seem bothered by it, even though it's them deciding to send the error responses: bugzilla.mozilla.org/2041494 (v151.0.1) — it seems to go away over time once they "get used" to your user agent accessing the account, unfortunately there's no more info than that currently.
Ideally you can submit the above via the "Report Broken Site" functionality in the browser, which captures some logs from the site to help diagnose that further. Thanks!
Thank you for your reply and suggestion which I follow in the bugzilla.mozilla.org/2041494 (v151.0.1) but that did not work. I contacted Spectrum and they said this was a Firefox issue since this did not start until after the update to 152.0. I did file a report about a broken website in Firefox.
