Hi there, I had some important bookmarks and passwords saved in my sync account. I recently formatted my PC and after logging in with that account, they're no longer there. How can I get them back? I really need them. Thanks in advance.

Hola, Lamentamos lo sucedido pero el servicio de Sync NO es un servicio de respaldo, la sincronización no es lo mismo que respaldo, si tienes solo un dispositivo (Firefox) con la cuenta Sync y borras todos sus datos entonces el servidor de Sync borrará todos sus datos, esto es lo que sucede cuando conectas un Firefox recién instalado a la misma cuenta que tenias sin haber otros Firefox conectados. Para hacer respaldos del Firefox debe copiarse la carpeta de Perfil: https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/perfiles-el-lugar-donde-firefox-almacena-tus-contr Saludos
