Hola, Parece un error en el servidor, el servicio de correo tiene web mail ? puedes ver los correos en esta interface? puedes consulta al proveedor del servicio de correo por este error. En cuanto al Thunderbird puede probar lo siguiente: 1) https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/problemas-al-enviar-y-recibir-mensajes 2) https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/modo-seguro-tb 3) https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/reconstruir-la-base-de-datos-global Saludos
