PayPal checkout links are inoperative on eBay.

In eBay checkout attempting to pay using PayPal. The "checkout with PayPal" link is inoperative. I click on the link and nothing happens. This has occurred repeatedly over the last several months or longer. It's unfortunate I have to use Google Chrome to use eBay.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
