Can't access costco photo center even though all other browsers, including firefox private browsing, can. Suggestions?
Whenever I try to access the costco photo center site it will never connect, just a chronic spinning wheel. All other browsers can connect, including the firefox private browsing. What is wrong with the standard firefox browser and how do I fix it?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

This Connection is Untrusted is sometimes caused because the computer system clock is wrong. Check the time / date / time zone settings.
You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History > Show All History" or "You can use the "View > Sidebar" menu. You can find a "Show sidebars" button in the Customize palette.
- "3-bar" menu button > Customize
- View > Toolbars > Customize
> History") or via the about:permissions page.
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of the involved files.
If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.
