SYNCING FIREFOX
15/12/2025 I need to sync my firefox data from my old windows 10 laptop to my new windows 11 laptop. Do I have to download the firefox app on to my new laptop before I can sync it, and will I need a new password if I have to download the app. Im using my old password on my old laptop to write this. On the new laptop, I tried to sign into firefox on the internet but, it said my password is wrong. I'm an oldie and have no idear what to do. Iwill be very grateful for any help. Many Thanks,

Just sign into the same account on the new laptop and you should see things automagically appear in the browser on the new laptop. On the old laptop just verify the sync settings. see screenshot
