The system was working fine. The next day, when starting Thunderbird (TB, the status line shows logging in to server but loops; no errors or messages, Thunderbird is 'locked out' spinning. I see the normal INBOX page, but logging in never completes. NO CHANGES were made to TB accounts or settings. I have re-installed TB, re-booted, but no change. I cannot check/change any of the accounts or do any further 'debugging' because TB is spinning. The server login is fine because Webmail can be used. Internet connection is fine, because browser works. 1. How can I stop TB from trying to login at start up? 2. What could/would cause this behaviour?

Any suggestions much appreciated.

I have several saved cards in 152.0.1 (64-bit). When on a payment site the drop-down list shows up as expected, so the extensions.formautofill.creditCards.supportedCountries is correct and working (GB). Also address filling still works, as does saved passwords,

However if I try to "Manage payment methods" the resulting list in "about:preferences#managePayments" is blank. (see image)

I have tried toggling on and off "save & autofill" and restarting, but nothing helps.

Adding a new card works, and the new card appears in the drop-down list on a payment form, but still nothing appears to edit or remove in the settings. How an I edit this list?

PS: I have disabled ALL extensions.

does Firefox have a ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE that can run while I'm surfing web. the Artificial intelligence should be able to see what's on my web pages viewed and gather all the info I see

Returned from a 1-month trip and my Windows11 would load - repair didn't fix it, so I had to reload Windows.

Now I'm unable to right-click on a photo and send it via my Thunderbird email. When I right-click on 'Send to', there's no email option showing.

Whenever I have just 1 Window of Firefox and just 1 tab open, task manager ALWAYS shows 14. Why is this? I have refreshed Firefox and lost some of my settings, it did nothing. Have I been hacked and someone else is controlling my browser?

I have installed Firefox VPN, but it is disabled by default so I have to enable it whenever I use it . How can I change the default setting to make it on by default

I tried to connect my user on my Online Accounts on Linux Mint, but it said: Authentication Failed, so i tried to open my accounts and send a message to myself. The message is sent and it appears a little window that says: Your Messages was sent but a copy was not placed in your sent folder (Sent) due to network or file access errors. You can try or save the messages locally to Local Folders/Sent-(my e-mail name).

Same happens with Troubleshoot Mode and I don't think it's a connection error, so what is the file access error in here?

Auto updated to firefox 150 yesterday. What's new screen announced the rollout of the free in browser vpn had reached us (in Canada). Clicked the link to set up, went to screen to follow instructions. There's no vpn icon in the firefox menu bar, no matter what I do. (And I have done everything obvious.) Was the VPN not in the actual update I received or is this some bug/glitch? Thanks.

I paid for a service that I now found is offered by you for fre.e. Why should I continue to support Firefox? What are you doing for me that is supposed to engender loyalty? Are you joining the litany of big companies purporting to be trustworthy and supportive of those of us who don't want to be lied to? Want to earn my trust? Refund my money ... or that trust will be forever destroyed. Please advise when you will refund my money? Thank you. False advertising is not the way to cultivate trust. Years and years, destroyed in a single greedy move. Shame on you.

I have been trying to turn on the VPN and get through the steps except for the last one where it say go to the open panel to turn it on. What is the open panel? and where do I find it?

Firefox advertizes a FIFA world cup widget in Firefox for Android. However, I am unable to find it anywhere. I have looked through all the settings, but there is nothing. When I search for "world cup" in the settings, there is a search result and I'm being redirected to the "Homepage" settings. But there is nothing. I'm quite annoyed that Firefox advertizes this feature in the Google play store, but it's nowhere to be found. Using version 152.0.1. Attaching to images. One where you can see that I get a search result, and a second picture from all the settings for the Homepage.

P.S.: this is the second time I have written this question. I was not able to find it after posting and assumed something went wrong. Sorry if it worked after all and there is some duplication.

I am disappointed that I am not able to access my Mobile phone account, which is with O2, using Firefox but I can do so using Google Chrome, so I would like to know why I cannot access the account through Firefox.

I can only select the bottom sliver of my bookmark links in the toolbar, not the main body of it. What might be causing this?
