I upgraded to 3.6.2, and my bookmarks are no longer visible in the toolbar. They are still "there" when I look under my Bookmarks area, but the bar isn't showing, even though it's checked to show under View.

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
