I am unable to receive emails from one specific sender
I am unable to receive emails from a specific sender, Mr. A.
Mr. A is sending emails to multiple recipients simultaneously, but only I am unable to receive his emails.
When Mr. A sends an email to Mr. B, and Mr. B forwards it to me, I still do not receive it.
I am able to receive emails from other senders without any issues.
When Mr. A's email fails to deliver to me, he receives the following error message:This is the mail system at host sv159.xbiz.ne.jp.
I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

Over quota means your account is full with your mail provider. You might need to go into webmail using a web browser and actually delete some stuff and empty the trash to free up some space, or if your provider offers the option you might be able to buy or rent more space so you do not have to delete anything.
Regardless this is an issue with your mail provider refusing to allow you to get mail until you have free space on their mail server to hold it.
I have one send that can not send me an email. I receive others, just not this one sender.
