There was an unauthorized access to my account. When I tried to change my password (which included letters and numbers) I always received the message "invalid password. I tried several other combinations: the same answer. It is noewhere explaind what a password should look like. What is to do?

Most login pages have a Forgot Password link. Use it, and change your password to something else. If there is still a problem, contact its support.
