I clicked on "Forgot Username" and received a message that an email had been sent with instructions. It never came. I have since repeated the procedure twice, and still have not received an email.

Sorry, the Sync account is called a "Firefox account".

The Logins Manager [formerly called the Password Manager before Firefox 44] inside of Firefox is where stored logins are seen.

Hit the Alt key, then the T key, then the O key to get to Options. Once you are in Options click the Privacy tab on the left and then click on Saved Logins.

The Sync service username is the email address for Sync. If you forgot the username are you sure that you're looking in the correct email account?

And have you looked in the "trash" container of your email account? Don't understand why, but many users find email related to Sync services in the "trash".

I suppose there's a good deal I don't know/understand about this, but I wasn't trying to sync. I just want to access my stored logins. The email address I entered is my primary account.
